1. About these terms
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and Byte Market Holding Corp and PureRipper LLC, which run gozyr together as a joint project (together, “we”, “us”). We publish the gozyr mobile app and the gozyr.com website (together, “gozyr” or the “Service”). gozyr is a place to share and discover finished AI-generated videos. It is not a video generation tool.
By creating an account or using gozyr, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy and our Community Rules. If you don’t agree, please don’t use gozyr.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age required to use online services in your country if that is higher, to use gozyr. If you are under 18 (or the age of majority where you live), you may only use gozyr with the permission of a parent or legal guardian, who agrees to these Terms on your behalf.
You may not use gozyr if we have previously banned you, or if you are barred from receiving services under applicable law.
3. Your account
You can sign up with Apple, Google or an email address. You are responsible for your account and for everything that happens under it. Keep your sign-in details secure, give us accurate information, and tell us right away at support@gozyr.com if you think someone else has accessed your account.
Your username and profile must not impersonate anyone else or mislead people about who you are. You can delete your account at any time in the app under Settings → Delete account.
4. Your content
You keep ownership. You own the videos, images, captions, prompts, workflow notes, comments and other content you post to gozyr (“Your Content”). We don’t claim ownership of it.
The license you give us. So that we can run gozyr, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, copy, transcode, compress, display, perform, distribute and make Your Content available within the Service, including in the feed, on your profile, in Today’s Best, in search, and in promotion of gozyr. This license lets our service providers do the same on our behalf. It lasts until Your Content is deleted from the Service, except for copies kept for a limited time in backups and copies we must keep by law.
Other users. Other users may view, appreciate, save, comment on and share links to your public content within gozyr. They may not download, re-upload or reuse your work outside the features gozyr provides without your permission.
5. AI disclosure and rights
Every time you upload, you confirm that:
- the video is AI-generated, in whole or in substantial part, and you disclose it as AI-generated content;
- you created it, or you own or have all the rights, licenses and permissions needed to post it, including for any music, voices, sound, footage and source images it contains;
- your use of the AI tools that made it complies with those tools’ terms; and
- it does not show or imitate a real, identifiable person without that person’s consent.
The tools you list in “Made with” must be the tools you actually used. Misleading disclosure is a breach of these Terms.
6. Prohibited content
You may not post, send or promote content that breaks our Community Rules, including:
- content that is not AI-generated, or that you don’t own or have the rights to post;
- deepfakes or impersonation of real people without their consent;
- nudity or sexual content;
- anything that sexualizes, exploits, endangers or harms minors (zero tolerance);
- hate speech, harassment, bullying, threats, or violent or graphic content;
- spam, scams, misleading engagement schemes, or stolen or reposted work;
- illegal content, or content that promotes illegal activity; and
- malware, or attempts to hack, scrape, overload or interfere with the Service.
7. Moderation and removal
We check uploads automatically (including text, video and thumbnails) and review reports from users. We aim to review every report within 24 hours. We may remove or limit the reach of any content, or restrict any account, that we reasonably believe breaks these Terms or the Community Rules, or that creates risk for gozyr, our users or others. We may also do this when required by law.
We are not obliged to monitor all content, and we don’t endorse content posted by users. If you think we removed something by mistake, contact support@gozyr.com and we’ll take another look.
Copyright. If you believe content on gozyr infringes your copyright, email support@gozyr.com with the details required by the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). We remove infringing content and terminate the accounts of repeat infringers.
8. Suspension and bans
We may warn you, suspend your account, or permanently ban you if you break these Terms or the Community Rules, depending on how serious and how frequent the breach is. Severe breaches, such as content that harms minors, lead to an immediate permanent ban and may be reported to the authorities. If you are banned, you may not create a new account. You can stop using gozyr and delete your account at any time.
9. In-app purchases
gozyr is free to use. Some optional features cost money, such as tips to creators and Feature boosts that promote a film into a clearly labeled Featured spot. These features are coming soon.
- Purchases are made through the Apple App Store or Google Play and are also subject to their terms. Prices are shown in the app before you buy.
- gozyr keeps a platform fee from tips and other creator earnings. The fee is shown in the app.
- A Feature boost buys a labeled placement for a set time. It does not guarantee any number of views, appreciations or followers.
- All purchases are final and non-refundable, except where a refund is required by law or by the policies of the app store you bought from. Refund requests for app store purchases are handled by Apple or Google.
10. Creator payouts
When creator payouts launch, they will be handled by a third-party payment provider. To receive payouts, you will need to create an account with that provider, meet its eligibility and identity verification requirements, and agree to its terms. You are responsible for any taxes on your earnings. We may delay or withhold payouts linked to suspected fraud, chargebacks, or breaches of these Terms. More details will be on our Get paid page.
11. Dealings between users
gozyr lets people message each other and send “Contact for work” commission requests. Any deal you make with another user is between you and them. We are not a party to it and is not responsible for it. Be careful, and report anything suspicious.
12. Third-party tools and services
gozyr may show or link to third-party tools (for example, the AI tools listed under “Made with”) and services. We are not affiliated with these tools unless we say so, and we are not responsible for them. Their own terms and policies apply.
13. Disclaimers
gozyr is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title and non-infringement. We don’t promise that gozyr will be uninterrupted, error-free or secure, or that content will always be available.
14. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Byte Market Holding Corp, PureRipper LLC and their owners, employees and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill, arising from your use of gozyr. Our total liability for any claim relating to gozyr is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or (b) US $100. Some places don’t allow these limits, so they may not fully apply to you.
15. Indemnity
If you break these Terms or the law, or if Your Content infringes someone else’s rights, you agree to cover our reasonable losses and costs (including legal fees) arising from any resulting claim, to the extent allowed by law.
16. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in King County, Washington, and you and we agree to the jurisdiction of those courts. If you are a consumer living outside the United States, you may also have rights under the laws of your country that these Terms cannot override.
17. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If a change is significant, we will let you know in the app or by email before it takes effect. If you keep using gozyr after the change takes effect, you accept the new Terms.
